Reverse flame technology:

The Flame reverses in an air-tight membrane wall furnace which provides ample residence time for complete combustion. Unlike in conventional boilers which have a single pass in radiant zone & two passes in convective zone, this technology gives two passes in high temperature radiant zone & one pass in convective zone. This ensures high efficiency of 88% (on NCV Basis).
 

Burner:
Twin port pressure atomized burner with imported nozzle, Sparking Electrodes, Photocell, Diffuser Plate for mixing of fuel & air, high pressure gear pump & F.D. Fan. The burner being circulation type prevents leakage & eliminates fire hazard.

 
Feed water pump:
Reciprocating type feed water pump is provided which feeds water at 70-80 Deg. C temperature to the coil.

 
Economizer:
Smoke tube design economizer recovers the residual heat in the flue gases to preheat feed water entering the coil. This results in lower fuel bills.

 
Optimizer:
Specially designed heat optimizer ensures feed water temperature does not exceed 75 Deg. C, hence no pump cavitations & less maintenance.

Further, these thermic fluid heater are then checked by our experts at our manufacturing plant to ensure flawless operation of our range of thermic fluid heater.

Fluid therm liquid phase heating systems are designed for heating thermic fluid up to 300 Deg C at near Atmospheric Pressures, with efficiency as high as 70%/73% on NCV of wood/coal. These units are outside the purview of Indian Boiler Regulation Act. Therefore there is no need of separate boiler house or even a qualified boiler attendant.
