Fabricated using premium fabrics such as, single-jersey, jacquard, cotton, viscose, poly viscose, modal and pique, these are high in terms of quality and offer complete comfort to the wearer. We follow a quality oriented approach in manufacturing our range and undertake various fabric quality tests to ensure the quality of our garments. Some of the tests that we conduct on our range of fabrics and garments, includes G.S.M, shrinkage, twisting, color fastness (to water and light), rubbing and lead test. Due to our superior quality range and customer centric approaches, we have earned a trade membership with the Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC).

 

Our strength lies in our state-of-the-art infrastructure, in-house design unit, CAD-CAM facilities and efficient workforce. These allow us to manufacture an innovative range and also meet the specific requirements of our clients within a committed time frame. We have installed various technically superior machines such as, Siruba and Pegauses in our unit, which are maintained by our highly qualified production engineers.

 

Under the able guidance of our CEO and promoter, Mr. N. Vadivel, we have carved a niche for ourselves in the domestic and international markets. The product line consists mainly of designs made by the Labels themselves, specifically in the Ladies’ wear (Spaghetti Strap Tops, Tank Tops, Night Wear, Shorts etc.) and Children’s wear segment (Pyjama Sets with Embellished Tops and Bottoms, Hooded T Shirts, Crew Neck T Shirts etc). The lead time for an order size of say 15,000 Pieces would be between 45 to 60 days from the date of confirmation, depending on the style. Typically the Factory can produce between 1200 to 1800 Pieces of  basic style garments in a single day on a single shift basis. All kinds of 100% cotton knitted hosiery Garments and woven for Men, Ladies, Boys, Girls and children like pyjamas, maxi t-shirt, camisole, padding articles, knightwear etc
