We are a pioneer manufacturer & exporter of leaf springs & assemblies for the automobile industry & agricultural implements for half a century under the brand name TTI. The company was co-founded in 1957 by the Chairman Mr. O.P. Kapoor and has grown tremendously in terms of capacity, market penetration and upgrading of technologies. Our manufacturing unit is covers an area of 5,000 Sq. Mts. with capacity of upto 1500 M.T. We have a team of highly experienced and trained team of young & old workers. TTI enjoys high brand recall and is one of the leading names for springs all over India. We are registered suppliers with All India State Road Transport Undertakings and our springs are used as original equipment by reputed manufacturers in India as well as in special purpose applications like road testing by Central Road Research Institute and Cement Plants. We also export springs for golf carts, buggies, mobile homes and boat trailers to equipment manufacturers in US.

We procure steel from reputed steel plants confirming to En 45A, Sup 9 and Sup 11 specifications and any special grades depending on our customer requirements. Each incoming raw material entering our factory undergoes a series of checks before it is released

control procedure ensures our springs are checked at each stage of manufacturing and results recorded, so that the end product is a completely dimensionally and metallurgically controlled as per the required specifications. Close monitoring of vendors enables us to keep ample stocks of raw material to meet our customer’s delivery schedules.

Each year we plough back a substantial portion of our earnings towards upgradation of technology so that we are continually at par with the best anywhere.
