Linear Guide

We are instrumental in offering Miniature Linear Guides which have remarkable properties like steel plate reinforcement, exclusive ball recirculation, dirt proof, embedded reversed hook and lubrication storage design. In case of choice of designs, these products have Precision(P), High(h) and Normal(N) grades. Furthermore, all the components of these products such as rails, steel carriage or balls, all are made using heated treated stainless steel and are capable of bearing a high load and moment.

With an aim to ensure the longer life of these products, we make the surface of abrasion part harder than HrC60 by heat treatment and grinding. The contact bearings of both the rows without accumulation permit running precision of 0.02mm in 6m length. The high quality Double row angular contact bearings (above P5 grade) make rolling motion in a complete way thereby increasing the running speed to a huge extent. It is noteworthy that operation is noise free at high speed of 10m/sec also. Thus it is advantageous over LM guides where steel balls rotating over the steel guide along with the rotating steel tube make huge noise and thereby limit the running speed
