• Crimping Process : All the end fitted hoses are crimped with 8 segment tool with the help of crimping force of 1370KN in which the depth is automatically controlled
• Pressure Testing Process : Then crimped hoses are testified on the pressure testing bench at working pressure of hoses
• Flushing Process : After testification, the tested hoses are flushed firstly with water pressure and then with air pressure
• Packing Process : All the hoses ends are closed with dust cap and are thereafter sealed in polycovers with sealing machine
