We TSC Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems, are engaged in the manufacturing and supply of flawless quality hydraulic hose to a large number of clients in the domestic market. The ample number of products manufactured at our end include braided hose / hydraulic hose, high pressure hose, hydraulic hose fittings, hydraulic hoses, hose assemblies.

Working under the leadership of Mr. Vikas Bansal & Mr. Vipin Bansal, we are a part of TSC Group. Our industry expertise allow us to cater to varied requirements of high profile manufacturers of excavators, dumpers, earth movers, cranes and railway equipments.

The use of Parker-Markwell hoses in designing the hydraulic hose assemblies help us in making the products as per international standards such as SAE, DIN & ASTM. Further, the support of our highly qualified engineers and competent management team members also help us in increasing our production rate and meet the requirement of our customers in the market.


	Aim To understand our client's requirement and fulfill them by offering quality products. The TSC Group The TSC group was incorporated in the year 1984, in Faridabad, with the support of its parent company M/S Tube Sales Corporation, which is engaged in manufacturing of pipes and pipe fittings under the distributor and dealership of renowned companies. With the growing requirement of electrical market, our group started a new company with the name of M/S TSC Marketing Pvt. Ltd., which is dealing with all types of electrical motors, switches and lighting under the distributor ship of G.F Motors, G.E Lighting, Indo Asian MCB's & Parlet (Complete Hydraulic and Pneumatic Solution). Later on our group incorporated M/S TSC Hydraulic and Pneumatic system that is dealing in all types of hydraulic hose assemblies.

All the products we manufacture are made as per SAE, DIN & ASTM standards that provide flawless quality and functioning to our range. All the products we manufacture are designed using Parker-Markwell hoses and meet the SAE, DIN & ASTM standards. 	Infrastructure Our sound infrastructure contributes to manufacturing of flawless products as per client's demand. We have an in house assembing unit that is equipped with best production facilities that help us in manufacturing an advanced range of hoses and it's assemblies as per changing application needs. Our CAD/CAM and other 3D designing facilities also enable us to provide highly efficient and quality designs to our products. Further, our horizontal 6 ft bedded lathe machine can manufacture all type of end fittings to meet specific client's requirement. Apart from this, we have a dedicated team of engineers, modern testing equipments & in house research and development facilities that has become an essential factor in the growth of our company.


	Our Process Flow We follow strict process flow for manufacturing the range of products, which is as follows : Cutting Process Hoses are being cut in length specified by our client in his drawings Skiving Process All the hoses that are cut in different length are shaved from edges to fit the end fittings Punching Process The part numbers provided by our customer are punched on all the related hoses with the help of a punching machine Crimping Process All the end fitted hoses are crimped with 8 segment tool with the help of crimping force of 1370KN in which the depth is automatically controlled Pressure Testing Process All the crimped hoses are tested on the pressure testing bench at working pressure of hoses Flushing Process All the tested hoses are flushed firstly with water pressure and then with air pressure
	Packing Process All the hoses ends are closed with dust cap and are thereafter sealed in polycovers with sealing machine
