In 1992, we set up a bigger manufacturing facility that was equipped with an in-house assembly and testing facility to meet the mammoth demand of the laboratory equipments. We not only excelled in manufacturing quality products but even won the accolades and trust of many more clienteles across the world. Within no time, our product range increased to include sophisticated Stability Test Chambers, Walk in Type Chambers, Photostability Chambers, BOD Incubators and Cooling Cabinets. Thermolab Sales and Services Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2004 to provide Calibration, Validation, AMC, Spares and After Sales Services to our customers.

GROWTH PLANS

Thermolab has established its market share of 65% in the Indian industry and aims to capture more. with growing demands in the Pharma industry and the latest developments in the products, the set target will be 70% growth per annum. By aquiring Korten pharmaceuticals, Thermolab has entered into pharma industry. the plan goal will be to expand the business fourfold in the international market.

We have acquired a colossal 35,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing area having a state-of-art Fabrication, Assembly Line, Quality Control Department and trained personnel.

Our Fabrication Division is equipped with fully automatic CNC Machines and automatic PUF Filling Machine to provide quality fabrication and consistency in the product.

We have augmented our manufacturing capacity to 9-10 chambers per day through our high tech automation and synchronized assembly line. So also, our manufacturing lines have got an expandable facility to manufacture 12 to 15 chambers per day.

'We have a dedicated Research & Development Team that's totally equipped to indigenously develop superior quality products producing advanced features and economy. They consistently develop new and improvised products through user friendly and innovative value added features, which are widely accepted and appreciated in the industry.

We are committed to invest more in R & D for further development of our products and processes.

Thermolab Chambers are calibrated with instruments, which are calibrated and certified by NIST, which is one of the highest certifying body worldwide.

Thermolab provides services and solutions you need to competitively operate your chamber with changing regulatory requirements. Our global validation methodology standards enable us to deliver quality and consistency through our experienced and trained validation teams.

Validation is one of the most important documents because it describes the basic concept for your overall site validation program. Thermolab offers an extensive validation protocol for DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ documentation complete with protocol, reports, component test certificates, calibration reports and software validation protocols of international standards which are approved by regulatory agencies like USFDA, UK-MHRA, MCA and other bodies, that's what really sets Thermolab apart.
