our parent company in indonesia took over a greenfield coal concession in jambi, sumatra, indonesia in the year 2005 and started trading in coal and minerals and during this period represented the aditya birla group.
the project was made operative in 6 months reaching production of 50,000 mt coal per month till february 2007.
our mine location has 3. 50 - 7. 00 meters of seam thickness and has a crushing capacity of 3000-4000 metric tons per day, and a stockpile capacity of 100,000 metric tons on site.
we are equipped with the most up-to-date, sophisticated and appropriate heavy-equipments required for mining and we sold this running project to jsw energy ltd. Sajan jindal group in march 2007. |
