The promoters are already having 2 more units at daman where manufacturing of bare aluminium wires is been done for the past 15 years. At Tubas Wire And Conductor Pvt Ltd we have our sophisticated manufacturing unit at Daman(UT), which lies in India's premier industrial belt of Mumbai-Ahmedabad. We are exempted from sales tax for a period of 15 years irrespective of our turnover and from income tax for a period of 5 years.

AC( Aluminium Conductors)

AC conductor is also known as aluminum stranded conductor. AC conductors are manufactured from electrolytically refined (E.C.GRADE) aluminum, having purity of minimum 99.5% of aluminium (with minimum Conductivity of 61%). AC conductors are used mainly in urban areas because the spacing is short and the supports are close. Aluminum conductors are made up of one or more strands of aluminum wire depending on the end usage. AC conductors are also used extensively in coastal areas because they have a very high degree of corrosion resistance. Key Benefits: Conductivity of AC conductor are high. AC conductors are corrosion resistant.

Bare Aluminum Wire And Strips

Our bare aluminum wires (Diameter not less than 0.5mm) are made from aluminum rods, depending on the customer's requirements. Aluminum wires are sold to manufacturers of winding wires, cable manufacturers, eyelets, rivets, nails, hangers, screws and various other products. Key Benefits: ACSR Conductors have high tensile strength.

AAC ( Aluminum Alloy Conductors) Proposed

AAC conductor is made from aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy of high electrical conductivity containing magnesium (0.6-0.9%) & silicon (0.5-0.9%) to give it better mechanical properties after treatment. AAC conductors are generally made out of aluminum alloy 6201 (minimum conductivity is 54%). AAC conductor has a better corrosion resistance and better strength to weight ratio and improved electrical conductivity than ACSR conductor on equal diameter basis. Key Benefits: High tensile strength as compared to AAC conductor. Higher conductivity as compared to ACSR conductor. Better corrosion resistance than ACSR conductor.

ACSR (Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced)

ACSR conductors consist of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by strands of aluminum (E.C. GRADE). ACSR conductors are available in a wide range of steel, containing carbon from 0.5% to 0.85 %. The higher strength ACSR conductors are used for river crossings, overhead ground wires, installations involving extra long spans etc. Against any given resistance of conductor, ACSR may be manufactured for having a wide range of tensile strength as per the requirement. The principal advantage of these conductors are high tensile strength so that they are used for longer spans with less supports. Due to the greater diameter of ACSR conductors a much higher corona limit can be obtained causing big advantages on high as well as extra high voltage overhead lines. Double Paper Covered (DPC) Aluminum Wire And Strips

Our insulated aluminum wire and strips are largely used for windings of transformer, L.V. and H.V. coils. Sizes are selected by customers as per their design requirements. We use high grade quality E.C. insulation kraft paper of Sweden make, so that uniform covering and full insulation is assured. Sizes: We normally manufacture paper covered wire and strip as per following sizes. PAPER COVERED ALUMINUM WIRE & STRIPS (.D.P.C.) DETAILS OF STRIP WIRE AREA WIDTH THICKNESS 5 - 54 Sq mm. 4 - 12 mm 1.2 - 5 mm But Max. width + Thickness not more than 17 mm. Paper Insulation 0.111 - 2.125 mm. Packing In Wooden Reels up to 110 Kg (Or as per Requirement). DETAILS OF ROUND WIRE AREA WIDTH THICKNESS 0.515 - 12.56 Sq mm. 0.81mm(21 SWG) -4mm(8 SWG) 1.2 - 5 mm Paper Insulation 0.111 - 0.625 mm. Packing In wooden reels up to 20 kg (or as per requirement). If required the reels may also be packed in gunny bags.

Tubas Wire And Conductors Pvt. Ltd., has its state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Daman(UT). We procure best quality E.C. grade aluminum rods to manufacture matchless wires and conductors. We have installed some of the best machineries at our Daman plant like 3 wire drawing machines for drawing wires up to 1.50mm, 6+1 tubular (2 nos) for manufacturing AAC/ACSR up to 7 strands, 37 and 61 bobbin stranding machines for manufacturing ACSR up to 37 & 61 wires respectively. Our DPC aluminum wires and strips machinery has a capacity to manufacture products up to 50 MT per month. Our techno-savvy staff uses advance technology and devices to produce ultimate quality of wires and conductors. Our skilled team has expertise in superior engineering techniques, which they utilize to produce the best products.
