About UsWe are manufacturers of primary packaging materials - glass ampoules and tubular vials - for pharmaceuticals and also tubular vials for eye care, perfumes and cosmetic industries. Established in the year 1978 with only two machines, we now have four manufacturing units at different locations. We now have a well-equipped in-house engineering workshop.
Over the years,we have supplied our products to almost every reputed pharma company in India and also have achieved the single supplier status for many customers.
We are now an ISO 9001-2000 certified company and have DMF registration for Canada and USA. Many of our customers have registered our DMF for exports of their products filled in our ampoules and vials.
As major portion of our packaging material caters to the healthcare industry which involves life-saving drugs, we ensure adherence to the GMP guidelines. From the beginning, our mission is "Never Compromise on Quality" and this has resulted in our having a very "prime vendor status" at many pharma companies. |

Over the years, we have not only built up our customer base, but have also achieved better GMP standards.
Quality Policy / ProcessesAs Ampoules and tubular Vials come under primary packaging, the quality of same will have to be of high standard. Tube Glass is known for consistency in quality.
We believe in zero percent rejection and this is possible only when the quality of input is also taken care. Our basic raw material is tubing and we use “Schott” tubing - a worldwide known company for tubing.
Our updated equipment takes care of accuracy in shaping and sizing during thermoforming from glass tubing. We have in-house oxygen plant which facilitates continuous and consistent gas pressure during conversion. We have highly skilled, fully dedicated workforce in QC and for inspection. We have a well-equipped in-house engineering workshop.
Thanks to our many customers, who have complimented us that they get better yields as maximum number of ampoules/vials get filled in during operation. Needless to mention, this achievement is possible only when specs are completely met as per customers’ requirement.
With consistency in quality, we are privileged rather proud for having many customers associated with us over two decades.
