Proportional Directional Control Valves
|Direct controlled proportional directional control valve with integrated amplifier electronics and spool position control in flange construction NG6. The valve is designed for operating pressures of 350 bar and for a maximum volume flow of 40 l/min. Four different volume flow levels are available.|
The valve possesses an integrated position control. With the spool position sensor (LVDT), the actual position of the valve spool is continuously recorded and brought into line with the set-point value transmitted in an analogue manner. With this, the hysteresis can be minimized and the dynamic characteristics massively improved in comparison with conventional proportional directional valves.
Thanks to the integrated amplifier electronics, the compact construction and the good protection against environmental influences, the valve is highly suitable both for applications in industry as well as in mobile hydraulics.
The parametrization takes place through a RS 232-interface by means of a menu-controlled parametrization - and diagnostics software.
The data are stored in a non-volatile memory. Settings once elaborated can be reproduced and transferred without any problem, also following an electric power failure.
Digital Controller Modules
Item Code: SD6The snap-on, digital controller modules is characterized by a compact construction. It is highly suitable for driving proportional valves and for controlling a preset pressure, volume flow or a position. Apart from the 24VDC-version, a 12VDC-version is available.
The module is available as basic controller and as enhanced controller. The set-point position is preset externally (e.g., with a potentiometer). In case of the Enhanced controller, the set-point position additionally can be preset by means of freely adjustable traveling profiles. As actual value transmitters, analogue (in case of the Enhanced controller also digital -) measuring systems can be directly connected to the controller module. The Basic controller has a 10-bit -, the Enhanced controller a 16-bit resolution of the analogue inputs. The parametrization takes place through an USB - interface by means of a menu-controlled parametrization - and diagnostics software.
Proportional Screw- In Cartridge Valves
Item Code: With-Slip-on-CoilThe exchangeable coil significantly simplifies the logistics, because the solenoid coil can also be retrofitted. The various alternatives make the proportional screw-in cartridge a very flexible system. Different plug - voltage alternatives are available ex stock and are complemented with respect to individual adaptations - with the customary Wandfluh flexibility.
In addition, the performance of the valves has been increased by the improved solenoid coil. Therefore also ambient temperatures of up to 70°C can be accepted without any performance loss. With the improvement of the corrosion protection of the solenoid coil, depending on the version, the valves achieve a salt-spray resistance of over 500h.
Available are valves with the standard cavities M22 and M33 in accordance with ISO 7789. Pressure relief valves are available as direct operated and pilot-operated versions up to volume flows of over 230 l/min and pressures of up to 350 bar. Apart from the optimised proportional throttle for volume flows of up to 63 l/min, the All-In-One valve QSPPM33 (tight seating volume flow controller) with mechanically preset Imin is in the Wandfluh product range. By the preset Imin the series spread of the valves is reduced to a minimum, in order to guarantee a simplification of the valve commissioning. Typical applications for the qualitatively high-grade proportional screw-in cartridge valves are: - Sensitive adjustment of pressure, resp., volume flow - Speed control of hydro-motors - Cylinder control - and positioning - Individual adjustment of clamping - and tensioning force.
Throttle Valve Sandwich Construction

Throttle valve sandwich type NG6 with interface acc. to ISO 4401-03. The throttle valve is available in two different variants, namely the standard and the precision throttle (FD). Version FD only avaiable for sandwiches with restriction in A, B, or AB. The turning knob is made from aluminium, all other parts made of steel, have been phosphated.
Using the precision thread adjusting spindle, the restriction of the volume flow can be continuously adjusted. With the spindle fully screwed home, the volume flow is zero, and a metallic edge makes a leak-tight closure. The throttle effect is produced by an annular gap which can be varied in size, or by means of a triangular edge. Because of the nature of the design, there is only a small amount of leakage. APPLICATIONSandwich type throttle valves can be used anywhere where volume flows have to be infinitely controlled in both directions without taking pressure fluctuations into account. These sandwich valves are ideal for machine tools and also all types of handling operation.
Attention:The throttle spindle in case of ADRP, ADRT and ADRPT is not secured against being unscrewed.

The energised solenoid shifts the spool into the corresponding position.
- 4/2-way impulse valve detented: Two solenoids and 2 detented positions. With the solenoid deenergised the spool remains in the last switched position.
- 4/3-way spool valve: Two solenoids and 3 positions, spring centered. With the solenoids deenergised the spool returns to the center position by spring force.
- 4/2-way spool valve: One solenoid and 2 positions, spring offset. With the solenoid deenergised the spool returns to the offset position by spring force.
Solenoid operated spool valves are mainly used to control the direction of movement and retain hydraulic cylinders and motors. The direction of flow through the valve is determined by the spool symbol. Switching performance and possible leakage must be taken into consideration when designing a system. These valves are suitable for hazardeous areas in off-shore and ship-building applications as well as in chemical, oil and gas industry.

|DESCRIPTION: Manually adjustable, M22x1,5 screw-in cartridge throttle valve in accordance with cavity ISO 7789. The cartridge body made of steel is galvanized and therefore rust-protected.|
FUNCTION: A fine tread on the adjustable throttle reveals an annular gap. The adjusted throttle cross section produces a pressure drop which determines the volume flow. The volume flow is zero when the throttle is screwed in (the metal sealing edge seals completely). The valve flow is bidirectional.
APPLICATION: Throttle valves can be used anywhere where volume flows can be infinitely controlled in both directions without taking pressure fluctuations into account.
