PVC Food Grade Suction Hoses

We manufacture Tuffline food grade suction or discharge hoses that are used in various suction and discharge applications of liquids, solids, water, etc, in the production of foods, beverages and constituent ingredients. The raw materials for these hoses have FDA approval for use with foodstuffs. Resistant to most oxidizing and reducing agents and diluted acids and alkalies, these products are known for their high performance. These hoses come in the following specifications:

Pressures - Values given are based on the short term burst pressure of the hose at 20C based on a 3:1 safety factor.
Vacuum - 570mm Hg = 75% at 20C
Temperatures -> -15C 65C Cold bend -45C
Resistant to Chemicals - Resistant to most oxidising and reducing agents and diluted acids and alkalies.
