Tulip Granites Pvt. Ltd started its operations in 2005. It started a granite processing unit in Hosur (Tamil Nadu) as a 100% E.O.U. Over the last 7 years it has started operations in 3 quarries and another processing unit in Ongole (A.P). The Ongole unit is in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) accredited as the first granite unit in India to operate in SEZ.
Tulip Granites has grown from Rs. 19 Crore turnover in its first full year 2005 - 06 to a turnover of Rs.89 Crore in 2010-11. Tulip Granites has been a profit making company since the first year of production and is expecting to achieve a turnover of Rs. 120 Crore In 2011 -12. Tulip granites is exporting its product to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, China , Singapore , Middle East, etc.
Tulip Granites has around 350 people working in its factories and around 300 people in its 3 quarries. It has the state of art machinery in its quarries and factories.
Tulip granites has its Corporate office in Banjara Hills , Hyderabad which oversees the overall operations. The company is expecting to have a healthy growth rate in the coming years. |
