TULS Management is spearheaded by dynamic team members:

Vaibhav Satpute, B.Tech Civil, PGD Project Appraisal & Management (Netherlands)

Vaibhav has experience of more than 18 years in the field of Project Management, Construction Management, Business development and Business Strategies. Vaibhav has worked with Organizations like Reliance Energy (Erstwhile BSES Limited), Essel Group and EMCO Limited. He has wide experience in the Real Estate, Infrastructure and Power sector.

Out of total experience of 18 years, Vaibhav has worked about 15 years in the field of Project Management and the rest in the field of Business Development, Feasibility studies and Pre-Project Activities. Vaibhav has travelled extensively to many European, African and Asian countries to conduct business development related activities. Vaibhav played an important role in successfully closing deals such as formation of Joint Venture, Strategic investments and Technology transfer Agreement with companies of international repute.

Vaibhav is Life member of Project Management Associates, India (Indian Member of IPMA, Switzerland), IPMA is a world leading non-profit making project management organization. IPMA represents more than 50 project management associations from all continents of the world.

Rameshswar C. Pande, B.E. Civil

Rameshswar has solid experience of 23 years in the field of Construction Management and Project Management. Rameshswar has worked in capacity of employee as well as Proprietor; he has experience in handling different types of Civil and Electrical contracts. He is passionate about his work and is a hard core Project Manager. He has worked with prestigious clients Like BSES, Reliance Energy, L & T ECC, MSEB etc. to name the few.

Rameshswar has worked with Government as well as private Construction companies. Some of the works he has supervised and managed are Construction of Private House, Culverts, Roads, Land development, Civil works of Petrochemicals Plant, Thermal Power Station, Construction of Electrical Substation. Rameshswar has worked as Project Manager for laying Pre-cast RCC Counter block for 900 dia. HDPE pipe of 0.5 KM length in Dharamtar Creek. In capacity of Proprietor, Rameshswar has successfully completed works such as Construction of Toll station on highway, laying of precast RCC counter weight for 250 dia HDPE pipe 9 KM long along river bed, Construction of Weigh Bridge, Construction of Check dam and Renovation of a factory building.

Ratnakar S., B.A.( Economics), MBA (Marketing)

Ratnakar is young and dynamic team member, he has worked as a Trainer cum Coordinator for Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (MCED) - a nodal training agency, promoted by Government of Maharashtra. Ratnakar is go getter and has entrepreneurial qualities; he has assisted in developing new designs for manufacturing of Paper Lanterns and was also responsible for Sales and Marketing of the manufactured products. In past, Ratnakar has worked as ‘Assistant Store keeper’ at the Construction Material store at the site of one Construction Company in Pune.
