Our manufacturing unit is equipped with computerized injection moulding machines that enable us to mould components of the products to suit their purpose. Product’s Profile
As a renowned manufacturer of a wide range of plastic products, we are catering to the requirements of various industries. We procure polypropylene material and random copolymer in the form of raw material from reliable vendors. Our wide range of products comprises of trigger sprayers that are available in two standard models T100 and T500. We offer two models of finder tip sprayers i.e. FTS 100 and FTS 500. Our products gamut also includes flip top closure cap and push pull closure cap that are convenient to use. We also offer liquid soap dispensers that can be customized as per client’s requirements. All the products are available in various elegant colours. Our products have been recognized for following factors:

Infrastructure
The core strength of our organization is its state-of-the-art infrastructural setup comprising automatic machines. We implement modern injection moulding technique in order to precisely mould components that are required in the assembly of dispensers. Production is carried out in our advanced manufacturing facility which has been equipped and maintained in such a manner that various customized orders are processed with optimum efficiency and without delay. WE have successfully installed following machines at our unit:
• Injection moulding machine
• Drilling machine
• Grinding machine
In order to maintain consistency in the finished sprayers and dispensers, we regularly check our machines and upgrade our technology. For mould maintenance and product improvement we have set up a tool room and an in-housing design unit. |
