Turbo tools started its operations in year 1992 with the manufacturing of hand tools. Presently, this unit is manufacturing machined forgings, scaffold & formwork accessories, pressed components, and bolts & nuts. At present 100% production is being exported to australia, asia, africa and europe & usa. Over the years, weve acquired relatively all relevant the machinery/ infrastructure (cnc machinery, testing & validation equipment etc. ) to satisfy the expectations of automotive oems. Weve state-of-the-art cnc machine shop, wherein we can literally perform complex machining operations. Below are some salient points which will give you an overview about our company: 1. Weve installed testing/ validation machines like x-ray (450 kv from yxlon); cmm (contura g2 from carl zeiss, usa); spectrometer (spectro instruments, germany); profile projector from mitutoyo, japan; micro analyzer, micro hardness tester etc. 2. Our cnc machine shop is equipped with most sophisticated & precision machines like vmc from makino; turn mill center from moriseiki; hmc from moriseiki; turning center & vertical turn lathe from doosan. 3. Weve highly skilled & experienced technical team/ engineers; whove proven skills to extract/ utilize complete efficiency/ features of these machines. 4. Our laboratories (chemical test lab; sand testing lab & physical lab) are all well equipped to check all incoming material; metal charges; sand resins; & to conduct integrated checks on production process as well as metallurgical checks on finished castings. 5.
