Established in the year 1992, we - Tusar Engineers are one of the prominent companies engaged in manufacturing and supplying of carbon steel,  rock grapples, chemical process equipment, alloy steel and stainless steel fabricated equipments, carbon steel racks, stainless steel sheets and items for chemical, process, earth moving and engineering industries. Our comprehensive range includes Heat Exchangers, Flash Vessels, MID Suction Chambers, Tank Stacks, Parts of Chemical Industries, Separators, Grapples, Fabricated Auto Parts, Stainless Steel Parts, Alloy Steel Equipment, Racks & Buckets for moving machinery etc. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. T. T. Pahuja, we have excelled through more than one and a half-decade in the industry. Initially working as a small manufacturing unit for Thermax Limited for fourteen years, we have grown to full fledged company capable in handling large projects. During this time, we have established ourselves as a renowned company that is known for offering wide range of technically advanced fabricated items.

We have expertise in manufacturing comprehensive range of fabricated items. Our wide spectrum of product range includes Flash Vessels, Steel Metal Racks, Automotive Steel Sheets, Heat Exchangers, Tank Stacks, MID Suction Chambers, Separators, Grapples, Parts of Chemical Industries, Stainless Steel Parts, Fabricated Auto Parts, Racks & Buckets for moving machinery, Alloy Steel Equipment etc.

Available in different specification based on operational factors, our range of products is durable & sturdy for repetitive operations.

We also assemble and fabricate several diversified products required for process and mining industry. Following ASME Sect VIII, Div 1 & 2 for Design and Sect IX for welding, we manufacture equipment by using materials such as alloy steel, stainless steel, carbon steel etc. The raw material used for our production unit includes:

• Stainless steel such as AISI 304/L, 410, 316, 321, 310
• Alloy steel such as SA387
• Carbon steel such as SA 515/60, 516/70, IS2002, IS2062

In addition to it, we have following manufacturing equipments as per customer's requirements:

• Pressure vessels (As per ASME Sect. VIII)

In order to fulfill the entire production requirements, we have a vast infrastructure set up equipped with modern machines and tools. Our manufacturing unit is located in Pune, an advance industrial area in India having good link with major highways, international airport and seaport. We have two-production unit establishment with a third one in the row. The detail of our production unit is as follows:

• Plant 1 - spread in 8000 sq. ft. with built up area of 5000 sq. ft.
• Plant 2 - spread in 11000 sq. ft. with built up area of 8000 sq. ft.
• Proposed plant 3 - spread in an area of 22000 sq. ft.

Due to our quality products and services, we get the ISO 9001-2000 certifications from DNV. To meet the requisite quality parameters, we have a various testing facility. The specification of testing facility includes:

Testing facilities: We have been following stringent quality control policies in order to ensure optimum quality in range of products. Our testing facility includes:

• All measuring instruments are calibrated
• Electrode drying and holding ovens are calibrated
• All welders and welding procedures are qualified as per ASME SECTION IX
• Some of our welders are also qualified by LRIS

Radiography Examination: We have in house Radiography examination facilities for radiography run by Pune NDT services. This includes:

• Die penetrate test
• Pneumatic testing
• Hydraulic testing
  

Design Software For drafting and designing, we use various softwares such as version of Auto CAD, MS Project packages, Design CAD 3D Max. Plus etc.

For all types of physical, chemical, IGC test facilities, we have hired ELCA Quality Systems and Heat Fabs. We have also been manufacturing machinery under following third party inspection agencies:
