InfrastructureOur core competency is in Aluminium Sand & gravity Die Casting & is strongly backed by rich 19 years of experience. With necessary setup for Heat treatment and well equipped Machine shop, job rolls out in a ready to assemble stage. We are also engaged in manufacturing of Copper & its Alloy castings required for critical applications in Electrical Industry & other sectors.
Our present melting capacity is 1 ton per day. We are comfortable making a sandcasting weighing upto 60 kgs and die casting 20 kgs. Moulding shop is equipped with all the necessary tools like Muller, Mixers, Moulding machines , Oven for drying cores, Moulding boxes to ensure high productivity and high repetitiveness in casting dimensions. Furnaces have thermocouple temperature indicators to ensure correct pouring temperature.Our each melt is purified for slag, entrapped gases & micro structure inspection and verified before pouring.
