D Section Pulleys

Our traded timing and poly V pulleys are custom built large pulleys in solid or split construction for higher power transmission. The high power rating makes the drive lighter and compact and reduces static tension and thus improves the bearing life. Poly-V pulleys are efficient pulleys which facilitates energy saving up to 6%. These are available in standard ranges of PJ, PK, PL & PM up to 20 ribs.
We supply wide range of taper lock pulleys which are acknowledged for facilitating reduced static tension and improved bearing life. These have dual duty grooves which perfectly match classical V and space saver wedge belts. Our standard range of taper lock pulleys caters to drives up to 200 kW with speed ratios of 1:7. We fit 'taper lock' bushes in the pulleys to promote 'shelf to shaft' concept. We procure and offer 470 standard sizes of taper lock pulleys to cater to wide requirements of clients.
