Fenner Couplings

Our traded tyre couplings are highly elastic, backlash free, absorb shocks and dampen vibrations. These are appreciated for their inherent overload protection and high misalignment capacity. Our tyre couplings are available in range of 17 sizes and in different forms as 'through bore' or with 'taper lock' bushes.

We offer wide range of pin bush couplings which are simple and compact in construction. The precision engineered couplings transmit torque through high tensile steel bolts. Available in range of 26 sizes, the pin bush couplings have rubber compounds which absorb stock loads, torsion vibrations and slight misalignment.

We offer wide range of gear couplings which have facilitates high compensation of angular, parallel and axial misalignment. These are available with seal carrier and are easy to maintain. We procure gear couplings of 19 types different in size and power ratings. These are carbon steel forged / cash hubs with hardened teeth. We also offer variants of sheer pin, spacer and torsion shaft types.

Our HRC flexible jaw couplings facilitate higher power transmission and have excellent misalignment capacity. The nitrile rubber elastomeric inserts in the couplings enables them to withstand temperatures from - 400 C to 1000 degree Celsius. Available in 8 sizes, these have power rating from 0.33 kW to 33 kW at 100 rpm.

We also offer HRC plug-in flywheel couplings which are available in plug in design for advantages of blind fitting. These are directly fits standard flywheels of IC engines of Kirloskar, Cummins, Leyland, Ruston and Perkins.

We offer wide range of resilient spring grid couplings which are torsionally flexible. The precision engineered couplings provide protection against shock load, impact load and vibration. Heat treated spring steel grid absorbs high impact shocks without loss of energy and transmits full torque with dampened vibration and reduced peak. When overload occurs, grid fails and prevents failure of the shaft or machinery part connected to the coupling.
