UA Consultants is a Professionally Managed team of Indians. We have our Headquarters in Delhi-India, Gent-Belgium and Norfolk-USA and Associate offices in Guang Zhou-China. UA Consultants is uniquely positioned to provide our clients around the world with a full range of Supply Chain Services. From a humble beginning of less than ten employees, the UA team has grown to fifty trained employees.

Price Negotiations:

Experience has taught us that vendors must be assured of a minimum profit for the partnership to be long lasting and mutually beneficial. The trick of course is to know that the vendor is making just enough profit, but not too much, to be a good partner. This is where we score over all other Agents. We employ people who know the nuts and bolts of the manufacturing process and are skilled in the area of price negotiation.

Quality Assurance:

We are very proud of the consistency we ensure in the quality of products supplied to our clients. Trained personnel who understand the production processes staff our Quality Assurance Department. Quality is built in, not inspected for. Pre-production sampling, on-line inspections and visits to our vendors' suppliers are all routine. We know what can go wrong and have developed a preemptive strategy to forestall any errors that may result in defective quality. Special attention is given to proper packaging and labeling. It is pointless producing fine goods it they end up damaged or at the wrong destination!

Shipping and Logistics:

We have strategic alliances with freight forwards and customs brokers which not only ensures that the process of shipping is within your control, it also saves our clients substantial sums of money in terms of freight costs. Their is a certain advantage in shipping volume and signing bulk contracts from Asia and we in-turn use this fact as an advantage for our clients

Door Step Delivery:

We will ensure the goods are received at your port, custom cleared and transported to you appointed ware house or client destination with minimal handling at your end. We have back hand tie-ups with UPS, Fritz, FedEx and a few other area specific companies who specialize in destination delivery services. These are our strong hands in getting us to move the cargo, break it as per destinations and deliver them safe and secure.

Our vendors understand the importance of strict delivery schedules. They know that a delivery commitment HAS to be met, regardless of any acts of God, festivals, and other unforeseen 'problems'. If a delivery is late, the consignment is flown in to the client at the vendor's expense. Late delivery of consignments is unacceptable to UA. And It rarely occurs.
