Our range has the features of precise and accurate serial sectioning, with feed setting visible from front, improved locking device -and counter balanced wheel. Light weight cover hinged at back provides for easy access to internal parts for cleaning and oiling. Feed is adjustable from 1 to 50 microns in steps of 1 micron. Free up and down movement of object clamp. Automatic restricted total excursion of 28 mm by disengaging the feed mechanism to prevent jamming.

Ball and flange object clamp provides flexible orientation of object piece. Takes specimen up to 32x27 mm on stem of block holders. Knife holder allows for 120 mm on 180 mm long knife. Cutting angle is adjustable through 30 degrees. Two levers release knife holder for resetting angles and a third lever releases the entire assembly for movement on slide way to adjust horizontal distance from object.

Latest cam system eliminates the conventional cord system for feeding, resulting in better section cutting and improved efficiency of the machine. Our range is provided with one knife 120 mm long with back and handle in wooden box, 2 block holders, one bottle of lubrication oil, rexin cover complete in all respects.

100' Laminar Air Flow BIOSAFE Biological Safety Cabinet meets the quality norms
laid down by U.S. National Institute of Health, and the specifications of
British Standard 5726 ¿ Appendix A for class II Biological Safety Cabinets. It
is an integral factory assembled system. The basic unit is of externally

We provide an extensive range of hot air oven/ sterilizers in  renowned brand name . Our range is the first one in India as per ISI certification. We conduct rigorous quality control test before delivery. Mainly, these are designed to destroy Bacteria, Viruses, Fungus and Sterilize Surgical and Dental Instruments, Glass wares and others by application of dry heat at temp, ranging between 140°C to 200°C on the basis of IS 3119 quality norms. 
               
Construction
 
Our range of Ovens is well known for its sturdy, with double walled construction. Inner chamber is made of Anodized Aluminum or Highly Polished Stainless Steel. Outer chamber is made with Mild Steel Sheet duly pretreated in seven tanks process for surface treatment and are finalized with durable Powder Coated Paint. 75 mm gap between the walls is filled with special grade glass wool for proper insulation and to avoid heat losses. Inner chamber is fabricated with ribs to adjust shelves to any convenient height. These are available with 2 or 3 removable shelves. Shelves are made of polished SS Sheet or Anodized Aluminum. Insulated door is fixed with heavy hinges with a ball catcher spring - loaded door closing device.
 

Heating Element	Our heating elements are made of supreme grade imported nichrome wire which are insulated inside the porcelain beads and are generally placed at the bottom and both side ribs for uniform temperature all over the space.
Temperature Control	In our range of temperature control, temperature is controlled by imported capillary type Thermostat. Temperature control knob of each oven is graduated in centigrade degrees after actually observing the temperature is steady state. Supplied with L-shaped prismatic glass THERMOMETER fitted on top of the Oven for reading the chamber temperature. Wide temperature 50°C to 250°C ovens for various applications.

fitted with heavy hinges. Door has Double glass window which facilitate

grade imported nichrome wire are put inside the porcelain beads and placed at

graduated in centigrade degrees after actually observing the temperature in
steady state. An L-shaped prismatic glass Thermometer is fitted on top of the

We offer autoclaves that are used
in scientific research institutions, universities and in health services. Sterilization
of dressing material, linen, surgical instruments, rubber & plastic
material is done by using high pressure, electrically heated vertical steam
sterilizer. Saturated steam under the pressure of 15 to 20 psi (adjustable) is
also used in the sterilization.
 
Some of its important

The sterilizer is tested hydraulically

spring loaded safety valve. This can be set at any given point within 10 psi to
20 psi ± 3 psi and drain.
 
The steam and water are heated to
the specified pressure and temperature using ISI marked immersion type heating
element. The autoclaves are offered with S.S. basket, cord & plug for
working on 220 Volts, 50 cycles AC supply.

Principle	The steam produced from the jacket and gets condensed with the help of the eject valve which goes through condensin tube and the dry steam gets into the chamber to penetral into the packs contained in the chamber.
