Rotary axis is essential for machining the complex jobs where the machining faces are not at 90 or 180 degree to each other. Even in rectangular jobs, these can be machined in one setup using rotary table to improve the accuracy and productivity. Our range is designed with heavy duty axial radial roller bearing to take heavy loads. Our rotary tables are widely used for duel lead worm and worm wheel with form correction for longer life and sustained accuracy.

Our direct drive rotary tables use high acceleration and dynamic responses to present the work piece to get machined at different angles with substantially reduced non-cutting time and consequently the total cycle time. This enhances the machines utilization as well as out put. The motor is directly coupled on the turntable axis without intermediate gears to ensure it is free from any backlash. Encoder fitted on the turntable axis ensures higher positioning or indexing accuracies which is better than motors coupled with worm shaft as indirect feed back as in the case of a conventional rotary table.

The locking & unlocking of coupling tooth is hydraulically actuated. Indexing is done by rack and pinion gear drive actuated hydraulically. Our range is available with rotary union and rotary valve for the supply of hydraulic or pneumatic pressure to the clamps on the fixture. Our range is designed to enhance the productivity in Machining Centers, CNC Drill tap centers and CNC Milling Machines. Our MPC’s enhance the productivity of the machining center by cutting the down time to the extent of component loading unloading. The pallet changing can be completed in 10-15 seconds depending on the skill of the operator. The MPC can be installed on the existing machine with out any changes in the machine. Our system helps in machining of one more component in one set up and helps in improving the productivity of the machining centers. The Faceplate tailstock is used in production system as brake. The brake on Rotary table as well as on the faceplate tailstock makes the system very rigid to withstand heavy cutting loads. An option system is available with Rotary union, which can be used for supplying the hydraulics of pneumatic connection to the fixtures.
