We manufacture and provide complete production system including CNC Rotary table with faceplate tailstock, base plate, and fixture plate and optional Rotary union. Our system helps in machining of one more component in one set up and helps in improving the productivity of the machining centers. The Faceplate tailstock is used in production system as brake. The brake on Rotary table as well as on the faceplate tailstock makes the system very rigid to withstand heavy cutting loads. An option system is available with Rotary union, which can be used for supplying the hydraulics of pneumatic connection to the fixtures.

Backed by our sophisticated manufacturing facility we are able to offer optimum quality HMC rotary index tables. Our rotary index tables and one degree tables are ideal for horizontal machining center applications. Our tables are equipped to mount LM guide and Ball screws for moving table HMC application. Our range is also available for moving column machining center. We can also offer our tables with pallet receiver assembly to receive the pallet and clamp down. Location is provided with cup and cone mechanism. The mounting of the table can be provided to suit the machine.

Capitalizing on our industrial experience and cutting edge technology we are able to offer hydraulic index tables which are of non-lift type, built with 3-piece Hirth/Curvic coupling. The locking & unlocking of coupling tooth is hydraulically actuated. Indexing is done by rack and pinion gear drive actuated hydraulically. Our range is available with rotary union and rotary valve for the supply of hydraulic or pneumatic pressure to the clamps on the fixture. Capitalizing on our professional workforce and industrial experience we are able to offer manual pallet changers which are optimized to enhance the productivity and are available in two models such as vertical as well as in horizontal machining centers. Our range is designed to enhance the productivity in Machining Centers, CNC Drill tap centers and CNC Milling Machines. Our MPC’s enhance the productivity of the machining center by cutting the down time to the extent of component loading unloading. The pallet changing can be completed in 10-15 seconds depending on the skill of the operator. The MPC can be installed on the existing machine with out any changes in the machine. Indexing is done by duplex worm and worm wheel and servo motor. Our servo index tables are available with Rotary union for the supply of Hydraulic or pneumatic pressure to the clamps on the fixture.
