Leveraging on our cutting edge technology we are able to offer CNC rotary table which is a work holding device used on machining centers to position the component in desired angle to do multi-face operation in one setup. This table can also be interpolated as a 4th axis with machines X, Y, Z axes to enable machining of profiles such as cam, which is out of reach with only 3 axes of the machining centers. Rotary axis is essential for machining the complex jobs where the machining faces are not at 90 or 180 degree to each other. Even in rectangular jobs, these can be machined in one setup using rotary table to improve the accuracy and productivity. Our range is designed with heavy duty axial radial roller bearing to take heavy loads. Our rotary tables are widely used for duel lead worm and worm wheel with form correction for longer life and sustained accuracy.

We provide optimum quality CNC tilting rotary tables which forms the 4th and 5th axis of the machining centers; however, when interpolated with the machines 3 axis, the face of the flat end mill can machine the curves which one can not think of with 3 axis or even 4 axes machining centers. Another possibility to the machining the 5 axis is capable to orient the component and allow the operations at numerous compound angles i.e. complex prismatic machining, with one set up. Our tilting rotary table with fourth- and fifth-axis motion can significantly reduce setup, handling and cycle times on a variety of commercial components and parts. Our range is designed to deliver higher accuracy and provide more rigidity for heavy cutting axial radial roller bearings. Our tables are compact in nature to accommodate in small drill tap centers as well as compact machining centers thus providing the opportunity to the users to make these machines more flexible and productive.

We manufacture and supply qualitative range of direct drive rotary table. Our high tech accessory is designed to be integrated with the latest high speed drill tap centers, DTCs and Vertical Machining Centers, VMCs.

Our direct drive rotary tables use high acceleration and dynamic responses to present the work piece to get machined at different angles with substantially reduced non-cutting time and consequently the total cycle time. This enhances the machines utilization as well as out put. The motor is directly coupled on the turntable axis without intermediate gears to ensure it is free from any backlash. Encoder fitted on the turntable axis ensures higher positioning or indexing accuracies which is better than motors coupled with worm shaft as indirect feed back as in the case of a conventional rotary table.

Our tables are built with Hydro-static or Hydro-dynamic bearing depending on the application requirements. We can also build large size rotary table as per the specifications of our customers. Our high accuracy tables are available with round and square with T-slots or with Tapped holes as per requirement.

We are capable of offering multi spindle rotary tables with 2, 3 or 4 spindles. Our range is available with Pneumatic / hydraulic clamping and motor mounting facility on Right Hand /Left and Rear side to suit to the requirement of the application. Our multispindle rotary tables are available with facility to adjust the backlash independently even though the driven by single motor.
