Multi Core Cables  In wiring of measuring instruments, transmission & receiving equipment, control Panels and electrical component parts, it is often possible for individual lines to be disturbed by external electrical interference, also the pulses transmitted with cable can interfere with other cable components, these are effectively suppressed by the screening of cable conductor. The screen is in the form of a closely woven silver plated copper wire or tinned/ bare copper wire (easily solderable), placed on conductor insulation for the protection of braiding and providing mechanical stability, outer sheating is employed, the sheating can be of PTFE or PVC. |  |

Compensating & Extension Thermocouple Cables  Compensating cables are indispensable for precise temp, measurement at remote measurement points, they serve as extension leads from the thermocouple sensor to the measuring instrument.
Compensating cables are made from metallic materials having similar thermoelectric properties as the thermocouple in use, the extension wires are made with similar material as of thermocouple element and are expensive, but cheap alloys of different combination having milli volts (emf) matched as closely as possible to the thermocouple at ambient temperatures to thermocouple are compensating wires, we supply insulation and sheating to meet the various applications, there is a choice of PVC, asbestos, silicon, fibre glass, PTFE having screen of stainless steel, tinned plated, copper wire or silver plated copper wire.

The Inner conductor is made from plain, tinned or Silver plated Copper Single wire Solid or Standard, the very thin inner conductors are made of copper coated steel wire to provide High Tensile Strength. The primary dielectric is polythene. PTFE is used if RF-Coaxial to be used in high temperature applications. Wire braid, over the primary insulation, this braid is designed so, as to provide optima! screening, double screening braid is used for sensitive transmition. For more accurate signals, it is equally necessary for the inner and outer conductor wires to be
of silver plated copper. The outer sheathing are available in wide varieties for specific application either special PVC compound or Polyethylene or In PTFE. |  |
