Trailing & Composite Rubber Cables

We are manufacturing a wide range of Trailing & Composite Rubber Cable that has been manufactured with high quality raw material. We use quality elastomer materials such as Polypropylene, Chloro-Sulphoneted Polyethylene (CSP), Nitirile Rubber/ PVC blends, Ethylene Polypropylene Rubber (EPR), Ehtylene Vinyle Acetate (EVA) and Silicone, that have been specially designed to meet numerous heat oil and resisting requirements.

These electrometric compounds for insulating and setting of cables are formulated to meet the requirement of IS 6380 6899, IEC 60502 and other international specification.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION (Conforming to IS 9968 Part 1)	Conductor Annealed tinned copper wires solid (Class 1), Stranded(Class 2), Flexible (Class 5) Complying with the requirement of IS 8130-1984 applied
Separator	Tape Suitable material separator tape may be applied over the conductor
Insulation	General service elastomer compound type le 1 of IS 6380-1984 Heat Resisting elastomer compound type Le2 of IS 6380-1984 Silicone Rubber type. IE 5 of IS 6380-1984
Core Identification	Colored insulation, Nos. PE tape colored proofed tape. Nos.
Printing	Filers Natural or synthetic fibers or elastomer suitable for the operating temperature and compatible with the insulating material

Silicon Cables

We offer a range of silicon cable which has excellent electrical properties and high thermal resistance. It permits conductor hotness rating of 150C for continuous operation and 250C below emergency overload or short circuit. It preserves circuit continuity even in fire as silicone rubber burns into an insulating ash.

It is resistant to moisture, ozone radiation and chemicals and being elastometric in nature, it is bendable which is retained over wide range of temperature (- 55c to 250c)

At present aluminum and copper welding cables are covered under IS: 9875-1981. The earlier IS: 434/1984 used to cover only VIR covering. Whereas, the present specification covers welding cables under two categories.

Cable with general purpose rubber compound covering (GPR).
Cable with heat resistant, oil and flame retardant compound covering (HOFR).
