In order to efficiently handle the manufacturing, quality testing and researching of the organization, we have established two separate factories, spreading across a wide area. These two production units utilize an area of 6000 sq. ft. and 45000 sq. ft respectively. In our infrastructure set up, we have all the requisite machines and equipment for manufacturing the products in line with the preset industry norms. This enables us to deliver 90/12 machines each month thereby, ensuring timely delivery of the products to the customers. Other than this, we have also employed CAD & CAM software to efficiently undertake the contracting drawing services for the clients. Moreover, the strategic segregation of the units helps us in carrying out all the activities in a hassle free manner. UDLY ENGINEERS offers as a service to our customers a preventative maintenance program to insure that our UDLY ENGINEERS equipment is operating to design specifications. Many of our customers find that they no longer have the process and maintenance staff to handle the required preventative maintenance on their plant equipment.

With each filtration system UDLY ENGINEERS offers Start-up Service Support with a qualified service technician. This service is standard with many systems and is available at a nominal cost for all other systems. The field service technician provides installation troubleshooting, operator training, start-up and flow balancing of the system. Please schedule start-up service at least 3-weeks prior to start-up to insure availability of service technician.
