Our company produces vibratory finishing machine, centrifugal finishing machine, compact band filter, semi automatic shrink wrapping machines, shrink wrapping machines on line fully automatic semi automatic manual and vibro screening machine with essential technology. We are constantly guided under the ardent leadership of Mr. Sujit Singh the founder of our company. He was previously involved in machines manufacturing, packaging, roll forming, conveyors, printer and furnaces. With his consistent efforts and initiatives we have earned an annual turnover of Rs 90 lakh this year. As a manufacturer and domestic supplier offering our clients with excellent services is our first aim. We have been using latest technology for production. Basing on our product development facility, we are offering product customization as per the specifications provided by the client.

Superior grade of raw material is utilized for manufacturing our range of machinery. We ensure that standardized material such as stainless steel, mild steel etc are used. For the assurance of the quality of materials we conduct special nickel test along with other physical & chemical inspection of the procured raw material. Other intermediary components like gears, motors etc., are also used in manufacturing our range of high performance processing machinery.

We follow a streamlined TQM system and conduct extensive quality check of the machinery we are designing & developing. Our quality control team conducts extensive tests like nickel test etc., to assure the quality of raw materials used. Further, during the production process inspection & testing is done on basis of hardness & other physical & chemical properties. We also conduct several other application specific tests and for as streamlined testing procedure instruction list is prepared for testing.

We quality approve the products only when we are assured with all the tests results. We ensure completely safe processing machinery to our clients. Special attention is paid at every stage of production so as to make fine and long lasting range of machinery. Our products are made keeping in mind they are completely damage proof and highly efficient.

Packaging of machines is given huge importance that is why all machines are packed individually in special wooden box, which is outsourced from packaging companies. We also get our machines packed manually. Each product is individually packed one by one, ensuring that they are not tampered during transit. We ensure complete safety while packing them and further storing them. We have a spacious area for the storage of the products keeping in mind all the attributes such as temperature, corrosion and other storehouse conditions. For safe transportation, other then having tie-ups with C&F agents we also have in house transportation facility. Utmost care is taken not only at the time of packing but also delivery. Dispatching as per the scheduled time is our first consideration. Our product are not only sold directly and also through intermediaries.

· Easy and optional modes of payment to our clients. Clients can pay through Cheque, Demand Draft, E- payment, Letter of Credit, Cash and Money Transfer through bank.

· Clients need to fulfill some of our charges like courier charges, delivery charges, taxes and levies and also insurance while ordering.

Our company is well equipped with a state-of-the-art infrastructure. Our production work takes place in an advanced manufacturing plant well furnished with all sorts of facilities. Our company has two separate factories for production processes spread across 6000 sq. ft. and 45000 sq. ft. We are very well equipped with manufacturing plants that enables us to deliver 90/12 machinery each month We have different departments for production, inspection and marketing. Other than all the processes, we do have assembling facility for each product, which is done in the premises itself. Our company also acquires latest CAD & CAM facilities for the design development purposes.

In addition to the well spread manufacturing facility, we are also quipped with a 8500 sq. ft. warehouse that facilitates safe storage of ready consignments. The various material handling equipment & safety measures installed makes warehouse management convenient.
