UJAS i.e. ‘Udyam Jagran Sansthan’ is women owned and operated associations, registered under the Indian Society Act in Three States, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. In Rajasthan UJAS has been registered under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act 1958, In M.P UJAS has been registered under the M.P. Societies Registration Act 1973 and in Saharanpur UJAS has been registered under the U.P Societies Registration Act 1860.Ujas has established by the helped of Udyogini, an organization working for enterprise promotion among women.

To promote the rich tradition and heritage of Indian artisans, we are involved in exporting, supplying and distributing a variety of home furnishing items, running material for fabrics and accessories, bedspreads, applique running materials, cushion covers. These products are acknowledged for artistic beauty of designs and alluring color combination. Our organization is aimed to carry forward the rich heritage of unique and traditional Indian designs to various parts of the world.

Our production network is spread across the various states of India but main working areas are concentrated to the desert and tribal districts of Rajasthan, forest regions of Madhya Pradesh, insurgency-affected districts of Jharkhand, higher reaches of the hill state of Uttarakhand, various areas of Bihar and Assam. This way, we not only utilize the skills of artisans but also showcase the true craftsmanship to the connoisseurs across the globe.  Owing to our sincere efforts and ethical business practices, we are also supported by various organizations like Aga Khan Foundation, Ford Foundation, Geneva Global, ICCO (Netherlands), NABARD, Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Government of India and Governments of Rajasthan, M.P. and Uttarakhand.
