We engaged in designing and manufacturing  four wheel biplanner chain conveyors that have found their application in different areas.

Straight Track: Made out of MS Sheet Angle 38 X 38 X 3 mm in standard length 2500mm with supporting track (fitted) at 625 mm pitch.
Horizontal Bend: Fabricated from cold formed sheet section to from a central line reduce of 1200 mm with standard angle of 15°,30°,45°,90° or made to special angle when required.
Vertical Bend: Fabricated into a similar section braced with track brackets with a central line reduce of 1200 mm allowing the chain to pass without the link fouling with the track.
Tension Unit: Fitted at the end of a 180° horizontal standard loop, compressing two short lengths of track, connected together by three adjustable screw roads and four guide roads fitted with springs, providing tension for the conveyor chain.
Conveyor Chain: Can be in sizes of 8, 10 or 12 pitch depending upon the chain radios.
Drive Unit: The power unit is driven by a T.E.F.C. motor and worm reduction gear box connected to the drive sprocket, through ve belts and Vee pulleys . Each unit is fitted with a shear pin device to protect the conveyors from accidental damage due to overload or jamming.

Motive Power for the conveyor is provided by a smooth action caterpillar drive unit. The motor drives the reduction gear box through a motor or a variable speed adjuster, (if necessary) permitting the speed of the conveyor to be easily changed, if desired. Fingers on the drive chain directly engage 3 sets of trolleys at a time. Our elite design permits a slight relative motion between the trolleys engaged evenly distributing the drive power amongst all the three trolleys for a smooth, continuous drive action. Sharper up and down turns can be made with the conveyor, providing many advantages over conventional I Beam Conveyors. In dipping operations, for eg. Smaller dip tanks, can be used, less paint or dip solution is needed which requires considerably less space. Even straight up and down movements are possible with the conveyor. You can convey materials smoothly and safely, up and down, to one or more floors, in a completely vertical path.
