Our wide range of injection moulding product are used for thermoplastics. These are modified to avoid hardening of the plastic in the machine. Its material is loaded into the barrel of the machine and its stuffer plunger forces the material into the screw area of the machine. The screw and barrel is then heated to pre-warm the material that flows into the mould runners. Its moulds are heated that cures the resin content and further hardens the moulded part. It helps in producing accurate mouldings with better control on material usage.
