All UKL membrane pressure vessels are manufactured  by computer controlled filament winding machine and associated high precision processing equipments.  With a team of skilled technical experts in the field of computer controlled machines, and all the state-of-art processing machines in-house, UKL offers a range of high quality membrane housings in various colours including white, blue and grey as per customers choice.
 
The Internal diameter is mirror finished to a tolerance of /-0.02 mm, which facilitates easy loading and unloading of the membranes. Our membrane pressure vessel 8” has external surfaces that are highly polished and coated with high-gloss polyurethane paints for UV resistance and excellent aesthetics. The end cap assembly comprises of a single piece molded seal plate, a unique high quality seal ring, a heavy duty aluminum bearing plate and a 3 turn stainless steel locking ring.

The unique design of the end cap assembly facilitates easy removal and insertion of the end cap without any special tools. UKL mwmbrane housings offer  the most user-friendly end cap system. Permeate Port comprises a standard 1" half union.  Some other options of 11/2” BSP (M) threads and 1"BSP (F) threads are also offered as per the request of our clients.

Salient features of our membrane pressure vessels8” are:

  • Available from 1 element to 6 elements with pressure ratings of 300 psi, 400 psi, 600 psi, 1000 psi and 1200 psi 
  • Available in End port and side port configurations
  • NPT threads provided on request
  • All models are supplied with saddle and stainless steel straps

All our membrane pressure vessels are designed for a life of 10 million cycles and with burst pressure of 6 times the rated operating pressure.  100% of the pressure vessels are hydrotested at 1.5 times the design pressure before shipment.

Multiport Valve

With a thorough understanding of the requirements of a water treatment plant , UKL engineers have developed various sizes of mutiport valves  for softeners and filters of various configurations. We use the superior ABS material for the manufacturing of all our multiport valves.  We also offer brine directors for softener valves.

Dosing Pumps
Dosing Pumps

We manufacture a wide range of dosing pumps which are solenoid driven diaphragm liquid metering pumps designed for manual operation. We have designed it with adjustable stroke length which varies between 10% and 100% with the fixed stroke rate of 100 strokes per minute. The head and filling materials include glass filled polypropylene, Teflon balls / Pyrex balls, Viton / Teflon seats. The diaphragm is made of Teflon faced hypalon. The guided check valves provide precise seating and suction lift characteristics. We supply every unit  complete with  inlet strainer/foot valve and injection check valve.

Our range of paddle wheel flow meter is included in the category of insertion type flow meters. The rotating paddle wheel in the meters generates a signal in proportion to the velocity of the moving fluid, which is read in terms of the flow rate. As the pipe's cross-sectional area is known and remains fixed, the average velocity is an indication of the flow rate.
