We are the manufacturer of complete of Tower Packing & Tower in metals, plastics, and ceramics since 1996. Our Ceramics units is located in Morbi, Dist. Rajkot and Metal Palstics Packing manufacturing unit is located in Vadodara.

PROCESS DESIGN

RANDOM PACKING & TOWER INTERNALS.

Random packing have certain advantages like cost effectivenes, avaibility in various M.O.Cs and thickness, veriey of shapes, can be used for multi purpose  units and offers lower preseure drop and heance ideal for vacuum distillation. The use of tower internals such as Liquid Distrubutors and Re-distrubutors, properly designed packing support, Bed limiters and Mist Eliminators are recmomended to increase the effciency of the column.


CRITERION FOR THE SELECTION OF RANDOM PACKING
   Size and type of the packing, pressure drop and pressure requirements.
   Material of Contruction viz. metal, plastic, or ceramics
   Cost of the packings.

We also provise technical assistance in selecting suitable, type, size of packing.
