Berl Saddles

We offer Berl saddle that is an opening packing shaped like a saddle without inside and outside. The berl saddle performs better as compared to Raschig rings in the aspects of even fluid distribution and low resistance. And it makes lower pressure against the inner wall of the tower than the ring packing.






Plastic Saddles

We offer plastic saddles that are available in P.P., HDPE, LTHA grade P.P. & PVDF. The finds wide application for acidic & alkaline media in gas absorbers & aeration plants. Homo Polymer grade P.P is suitable up to 95 0C and LTHA grade P.P. is suitable up to 130 0C, HDPE is suitabel up to 85 0C, PVDF is suitable up to 140 0C.






Pall Rings

We offer Pall ring that is improved on the basis of the Rasching ring. We offer proven design that provides higher capacity and lower pressure drop than trays and other random packing. The opened cylinder walls and inward bent protrusions of the Pall Ring allow greater capacity and lower pressure drop than standard cylindrical rings.

Raschig Rings

Ceramic Ball

We offer ceramic ball that is developed on the basis of inert ceramic ball. These exhibit adequate mechanical strength, good chemical and thermal stability as the normal inert ceramic ball, further more, it has larger surface area and free void which directly make the dispersion and flux of the fluids increased, and bring down the resistance of the system resulting from the perforated holes.






Ceramic Honeycombs

This is porous ceramic honeycombs with parallel channels triangular, square and hexagonal internals. These exhibit certain characteristics as: low thermal expansion, high heat shock resistance, anti-oxidation, large specific surface area and corrosion-resistance, etc.

Tower Internals

To achieve the desired performance of the packed column the use of the properly designed column internals play the most important role. These are tailor made units, designed to achieve the optimum results.
 
Liquid Distributors
 
Uniform initial liquid distributors at the top of the packed bed are essential for the efficient column operations.  This is accomplished by the devices called distributors, which spreads the liquid uniformly across the top of the packing. If the disrtibution is not desinged properly the mal distribution  cau cause channeling and by passing of the liquid and gas resulting in poor performance of the colmun.

BED LIMITERS
The primary fuction of the bed limiter is to retain the packed bad i.e stops escaping of packing & avoids expansion of packed bed.

Packing Support
While primary purpose of the support plate is to retain packing without execssive restriction to gas and liquid flow, streams, unless carefully designed, the suport plate can cause premature column flooding. Thus design of the support drop and stable operating range.

Demester Pads
These are metal/pp wire kinitted pads wwith maximum opening and contact surface. Useful to trap liquid droplets esacping alng with vapor. Thus i prevents high boiler products droplets carry-over into low boiler top condenser.
