Established in the year 1998, our company is founded by Mr. M. J.Gupta whose rich experience in the field of plastic injection molding took the company to newer heights. Our range of plastic injection molded products are manufactured as per international standards and maintains the various parameters of quality. Our well-oiled in-house facilities help us to meet the defined quality & environmental parameters. Customization
Our company offers customization facility to its esteemed clients. We are equipped with competent team to the handle the custom manufacturing requirements of all our clients. The team assists our clients at every stage of product development, starting from design details to the final delivery of the products. This helps us in meeting the exact need of our clients as per their specification. |
Further, we have almost 19 PLC controlled injection-molding machines ranging up to maximum 1300T capacity. Some of the other machines, which are also very helpful in our manufacturing processes, include:
- Hopper drier
- Ove drier with a capacity of 50-100 kg.
- Air compressor with motor capacity of 15 hp
- Overhead HOT of 15 T capacity
- Water / Oil based mould temperature controller unit with water cooling facility.
Tool Room Facility: Our company maintain an in-house tool room for minor molding & reworks. We have experienced employees who take care of these units with the help of our tool room house machines. Our company also avails the strong support of other tool rooms including the tool house of Deep Industries, Talegaon. The tool room includes:
