ALT Lock-in technique combines advantage of standard plates as well as locked internal fixators. The screws are locked in plates. This technique well appreciated through out the world has proven many advantages over the current operative techniques. - Toggling of screw is eliminated due to resulting angular stability. This reduces reduction loss.
- Single Beam Construction of Lock-in Plates and screws acts like a fixed angle devices. This enhances fracture fixation in circumstances where fracture configuration of bone quality do not provide sufficient screw purchase to achieve the compressive stress necessary to minimize the gap strain.
- Closed proximity of locked screw plate to the bone and fracture site acts as a extremely rigid frame as compared to the conventional External Fixators.
- Prevention of contact of plate over bone preserves Vascularity, which promotes early bone healing.
Understanding the basic principles behind Auto Compression Lock-In Technique (ALT) appreciated worldwide we are happy to introduce the range of implants. Following Lock-in Range of Implants is introduced, - Lock-in Screw 3.5mm, 5.0mm
- Lock-in Straight Plates Small, Narrow, Broad
- E. Lock-in distal radius plates (T-oblique right & left) for 3.5mm Screws – 2 Holes to 8 Holes
- F. Lock-in distal radius plates (T with 3H & 4H in head) for 3.5mm Screws – 2 Holes to 8 Holes
- Lock-in Reconstruction Plates
- Lock-in Upper End Tibia Plates: T-Shape, Left and Right,
- Lateral Tibial Plate
- Lock-in Proximal Humerus Plate
- Lock-in Distal Femur Plate
- Lock-in Distal Tibia Plate
- Lock-in Peri-prosthetic Plate
