A unique conductive plastic technology used in the manufacture gives an assured life in excess of 4 million rotations. The computer verified linearity of within +/- 2% is available as standard with ±1% as optional. The choice of housings is available in precision-machined aluminium body and engineering plastic. All models are with stainless steel shafts. The model P24HS is even available with hollow shaft. We can also provide wiring harness connected to the potentiometer as a value-added convenience for the customer according to his specification. We offer various type of servo and linear motion potentiometers in body diameter from 12mm to 160 mm. These are available in both wire wound version and precision conductive plastic version with precious metal contacts. It gives a low noise output & a stable signal with high wattage, and low TCR resistance performance. The linearity up to 0.1% is available. The double ball bearing construction with either servo size diameter or face screw mounting in an aluminium precision machined housing makes it a rugged assembly to withstand any rough handling and environmental conditions. Linear Potentiometer UNILIN series used for measurement and feedback of position, displacement and speeds. Stroke lengths from 25mm to 1200 mm are available. These are being used in variety of manufacturing, process and laboratory & defence equipment. The mechanical design of bearings, wiper carrier, special anodized aluminium extruded housing, seals, stainless steel shaft, precious metal wipers and the conductive plastic resistance element make it suitable for rugged industrial, military use and to withstand harsh environment. Additionally special mounting arrangement with rod end bearings is possible to take care of misalignments in actual applications. Standard. Version are purely resistive but a separately provided electronic module or voltage follower is available which converts the output to 0-10VDC / 4-20mA as required.
