Auto ladle transfers molten aluminum metal from a holding furnace to a high pressure die casting machine. Machine is driven electrically and transfers metal from furnace to the die casting machine without any spillage of metal. The angular speed and the dipper and crank, shot weight selection and the timer values can be altered from the controlled panel. It has 2 axes. I. E. Crank and dipper. Shot weight carrying capacity can be up to 5 kgs.  

It has 3 axes: horizontal, vertical and dipper. The angular speed and the dipper and crank, shot weight selection and the timer values can be altered from the controlled panel. Shot weight capacity can be up to 50 kgs depending on the model.

Shot weight capacity is up to 20 kg. Pouring profile can be adjusted as required through MMI.
Can be used in Gravity / PDC setup. Metal can be transferred without spillage and with minimal heat loss.
