We are following the German design for the 8 Ton Machine and Symmetric system of French design for the 15 Ton Machine.

We are making 8 Ton / 20 Ton and higher models are of Single Slide movement, where as 15 Ton model is of Symmetric system.

We are a Small Scale Technocrat promoted by an "Ex-Praga Tools" Executive, Mr. K. Purna Chandra Rao(P.C.Rao), who was trained at M/s. Escofier & Co. France in Thread Rolling Machine Design, Thread Rolls Design and Development & Manufacture of Special Fixtures and the connected Tooling.

We have established our quality of Thread Rolls at leading Automobile/Fastener Industries like M/s. Ashok Leyland Ltd., M/s. Sundaram Fasteners Ltd., LPS, M/s. Sterling Tools Ltd., Faridabad, M/s. TATA Holset Ltd., etc., apart from their ancillaries and Fastener units.

We are supplying other connected Tooling and Accessories for the Thread Rolling jobs to Cater to the needs of the Customer, which are designed based on the Machine used, type of Component to be Rolled etc.

We feel it is our Privilege to mention that we have been consultants to M/s. Kirloskar Toyoda Textile Machinery Ltd., Bangalore and M/s. Capitol Industries, Mumbai for their Critical Export Component Thread Rolling of Stainless Steel material with a Very high degree of pitch accuracies.

We are glad to record that we have exported our Machines to Italy, Australia & Gulf Countries and Thread Rolling Dies to Singapore and Sharjah and are well received in the market quality wise.

We have developed Scaffolding Pipe Rolling machines (Special Purpose) for manufacture of Props, Jack screws(both Solid as well as Hollow)etc., in INDIA for the first time, which was appreciated by British Engineers and Multinational companies resulting in repetitive orders.

We have also developed high speed machines for the production of fully threaded rods.

OUR ACTIVITIES:

VFA gives turnkey project for manufacturing. Initially customer provides details of components to be machined with volumes requirements. VFA gives projects details with estimated price. After Techno commercial discussion, VFA supplies Tailor made machines, which are Designed, Manufactured, Assembled, tried out customer end with one year warranty period of performance.

VFA has In-house facilities for Design, Inspection, Assembly and Trials. It has 200 committed vendors mostly Technocrats with specialized Knowledge for Manufacture and supply of all components along with Inspection reports as per design specifications of VFA.

M/s Vijay Machine Tools was established in the year 1991 by Mr. P. Jyothi Baba, a trained engineer from reputed private sector organizations.

M/s International Industrial Products incepted in the year 1975, under Technocrats Scheme for manufacturing cutting tools and machine tools by Mr. G. Seshagiri Rao, a technically qualified alumnus of HMT Ltd., Hyderabad. He brought with him, more than 15 years of experience at HMT, BHEL and ACC in the area of production and tool room. He is assisted by his technically qualified son Mr. G. Naveen Babu in the management of factory. The present factory premises are owned by IIP.

Jyothi Technical Works was started in mid fifty’s by Sri C.NARASHIMHA. Rendering technical service to thermal power stations and other Engineering Industries. Prior to this Sri C.Narasimha was in Praga Tools, Secunderad, for two decades in various technical capacities. Based on the experience gained, Centreless Grinder was designed and developed for the first time in India by Sri C.Narashimha. this machine was exhibited in 1964 at All India Industrial Exhibition, in Hyderabad, and was given the prize in the “Best Invention Award” Category.

Jyothi Machinery Manufacturers was started for manufacturing the machine regularly in the year 1963. Mr.C.Niranjan B.E. Mechanical son of Mr.C.Narasimha join the company after his graduation. Mr.C.Niranjan is present Director of the company.
