| | Nitrogen Gas GeneratorThis generators produces nitrogen gas from atmospheric air using molecular sieves separation technique. It uses carbon molecular sieves which has ability to preferentially remove oxygen from air. NITROGEN PURITY From these generators nitrogen of purities of 98% to 99.9999% can be produced. Simple PSA Unit produces raw Nitrogen of 99% to 99.9% purity. Nitrogen Generator of have 2-Beds filled with carbon molecular sieves. When compressed air is passed thru any of these beds, Nitrogen comes out as product gas from one bed while other bed simultaneously regenerated by depressurization to atmospheric pressure. This process is called “ PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION” (PSA). NITROGEN CAPACITY
Nitrogen Generators are tailor-made equipment and are manufactured exactly as per customer’s requirements. | | Ammonia CrackerWe fabricate high end ammonia cracking units that have tremendous demand in all the relevant industries. This ammonia crackers are a rectangular furnace which contains Retort. The raw ammonia from cylinder is first reduced to 0.5KG/CM2 through press regulators and then preheated in an economizer. Ammonia gets cracked when it comes in contact with Ni- catalyst in retort above 8500C. - The hot gas is cooled down in a shell & tube type heat exchanger. This cracked gas may contain traces of un-cracked Ammonia and hidden moisture.
Cracked Ammonia Purifier
This name aptly suits the work that it does. This is a machine that is used to purify the cracked ammonia coming out from the ammonia cracker; it removes the un-cracked ammonia and the moisture up to the desired level. | | Exo Gas GeneratorIn our exo gas generators, inert gas is produced by burning a closely controlled amount of fuel such as natural gas, LPG and others with air. The natural gas contains element of Nitrogen and Hydrogen which, when mixed with air in proper proportions, will consume the air by burning or combustion. | | Endo Gas GeneratorWe fabricate and supply high grade endo gas generators which are highly efficient machineries. Endo Gas is produced by the reaction of air and LPG in presence of Ni catalyst. Our endo gas generators consists of a mixing unit, cracking retort and control Panel where in the reaction takes palace at a temperature of 10500C. The heating of the Retort is affected by heating element around the Retort. | | Nitrogen Methanol SystemsFurnace atmosphere based on Nitrogen and methanol cracking has become popular and acceptable as alternative to endo gas generators for application like carburizing and other heat treatment of high carbon steel. Here Nitrogen gas in nitrogen methanol systems is used as carrier gas. It also reduced the consumption of methanol. The typical Product Gas composition - CO2 - (0.1 – 0.5)%(max)

| | Nitrogen-Hydrogen Mixing UnitNitrogen-Hydrogen Mixing Units are used for heat treatment process like bright annealing, bluing of ferrous and non- ferrous material. In this Unit, Nitrogen is mixed with hydrogen in a pre calculated ratio. Mixed gas than goes in to the furnace and gives a reducing atmosphere in the Furnace.
Nitrogen comes from Nitrogen Gas Generator and Hydrogen comes from Ammonia Cracker. Flow of gas can be adjusted by manual flow valve and monitored flow manually by seeing in Flow meters. We also supply this Unit fully automatic using instrument like PID controller, Hydrogen analyzer, Current to Pressure controller and pneumatically flow control Valves.

| | Oxygen Gas GeneratorsOxygen gas generators are based on the PSA technology. A special grade of synthetic Zeolite, known as molecular sieves is used to separate oxygen from atmospheric air. Oxygen generator consists of two absorption vessels, filled with molecular sieves are alternately charged with compressed air up to 5 bar pressure. Nitrogen is adsorbed and enriched oxygen flows to the surge tank. After the adsorption cycle, one bed is depressurized to atmospheric pressure, thereby evacuating nitrogen and sieve bed gets regenerated completely by counter current oxygen flow from the other bed.
Salient Features:- 1) Operation is cyclic and automatic. 2) Automatic start-up and shut-off. 3) Working life of molecular sieves is almost 10 years on continuous run of the plant. 4) Very low maintenance cost.
