We Offer Nitriding Furnace.This is used to heat the steel parts to 482 to 621 deg c in an atmosphere of ammonia gas and dissociated ammonia. The case depth is depending upon the time kept in the inside chamber. Nitride forming elements are used for this method.

The advantage of the process is little distortion, the part can be tempered after being quenched. The quality of this depends on the precision of the furnace. The nitriding also could be done on solution nitriding using salt.

We explore wide range of specially designed pit pot furnaces used for annealing, normalizing & salt-bath solution treatment. These pit pot furnaces are electrically heated with high-tech ceramics blanket insulation. These furnaces are provided with steel baffles that accommodate the charge basket that prevents the charge not to be exposed to direct radiation of heat. Furnace is also offered with forced air circulation and holds the following features:
