Centrifugal Blowers

We are a company offering its clients a wide range of centrifugal blowers which are developed with assistance of Thermax Fan Div. which incorporates a US based fan technology. Our centrifugal blowers are widely appreciated for their excellent performance as these have been able to deliver efficiency up to 85% and above. We can provide these in various material of construction viz. Mild steel, Stainless steel, Aluminum, (MS-F-RP) lined, MS rubber lined, or as per specific requirements of our esteemed clients. Our centrifugal blowers can be availed at competitive prices in two configurations Single Inlet Single Width (SISW) and Double Inlet Double Width (DIDW) with split casing as an optional feature.

Twin Lobe Blowers

An important member of positive displacement blowers’ family, these twin lobe blowers are available in 2 types Air Cooled series and Water Cool Series. These twin lobe blowers can be resembled with air cooled series as far as performance is concerned. The only difference lies in the water jacket around them which dissipate the heat which is generated on account of high compression thereby maintaining tolerable temperature of all the blower components. Our blowers are available for a volumetric flow rate ranging from 8CFM (13.5 m3/hr) and 5079 cfm (8623 c.m.h.) pressure ranging up to 14.2 PSI (1kg/c.m.sq.). These blowers are widely used for Bio gas application where these pump bio gas to boost gas pressure for meeting required burner input demand. The key features are the following:

Axial Flow Fans

Designed and manufactured for optimum performance standard between air and power consumption, these axial flow fans are widely used in industrial ventilation and humidification systems where huge quantity of air is handled at relatively low pressure. Our axial flow fans can deliver a capacity up to 1, 20,000 c.m.h. and pressure range up to 50 m.m.W.G. The various kinds of axial flow fans we can offer are tube axial fans, column mounting, pedestal type, tubular type heavy duty wall mounted fans roof, extractors and Bifurcated fans. We have included the following in the design of the fan which includes the following:

Cast aluminum aerofoil blades
Mild steel bladed design for dust loaded gases

These axial flow fans are available in 2 types viz. Fixed blade type and Variable pitch type. We can provide these in various materials of construction, mild steel, stainless steel, FRP lined and various special alloys.

Air Filters

Evaporative Cooling System

We manufacture and supply a high quality evaporative cooling system which are instrumental in countering periods of extreme temperature that affect in-house environments. Our evaporative cooling system can adapt themselves to all geographic locations which make them beneficial in the areas where higher temperatures during longer periods of time are normal. These are equipped with a cross fluted configuration that provides maximum cooling when warm air passes through the wet Evaporative Pad material. The features are as follows:

Evaporative Pads will not sag, rot or develop holes
With proper care and maintenance, Evaporative Pads will last for 5 years or more
There is no carry over of water droplets to enter the conditioned site

Cyclone Separators

We offer our efficient cyclone separators in capacities from 500 cfm to 15000 cfm and have the capability to remove moderate to large size particles from the air stream. These cyclone separators are widely used in applications which require high efficiency large diameter collectors where special gas drawing problems are involved such as:

High dust loading.
Severe abrasion
Elevated temperature

Our cyclone separators can be used in conjunction with another dust collector or after filter.

Multi Cyclones

These multi cyclones can be considered as matrix of small cyclones with common inlet, outlet and dust discharge. Our multi cyclones are available in a range of 6” to 10” diameter, our multi cyclones are known for their efficiency which is up to 8 microns. We have designed our product in a unique way with respect to Inlet/Outlet proportions, collection cyclones spacing and discharge silos to facilitate uniform gas distribution and proper flow to each individual collecting cyclone for maximum design efficiency. The inlet guide vanes are specifically designed to ensure maximum centrifugal action for the gas entering the cyclone on its spiraling path down the cyclone towards the dust discharge points resulting in an increase in the collection efficiency of the Multi Cyclones. The features are:

Higher collection efficiency on account of the higher centrifugal force applied to the dust particles with decreasing diameters of the cyclone
Proper gas distribution
Draft loss
Particulate size (specific gravity)

Roof Exhauster

Roof extractors are powered Ventilation Fans mounted on the roof to exhaust air forcibly they are provided with durable weather proof outer cowls. In this type of roof exhauster there is a continuous expulsion of indoor stale, hot and contaminated air thereby inducing fresh air into the enclosed space thus maintaining a healthy indoor air quality. These roof exhauster can be used in wall or window applications which experience severe wind conditions whilst all models feature a weatherproof outer cowl. These units are useful for extraction or air supply through the roof, usually preferable in Factories, D.G. rooms, Steel plant and Foundries and are also installed with ducts to extract air from a particular location. These roof exhauster provide effective extraction of air within the premises unlike the fans dependent on wind energy for effective performance.
