Description : Broad spectrum anti- biotic activity. It is used topically in concentration of 0.1 to 0.3% and occasionally systemically to treat Staphylococcal infections. Gentamicin sulphate is an aminoglycoside anti-biotic. It is used to obtain symptomatic relief and treatment of patients with bacterial conjunctivitis when used in the concentration of 0.3 %, four to five times daily.
