The company has recently acquire a planed at Muthanallur cross near Eswary nursing home in the Sarjapura main road at Banglore for manufacturing of wood and allied products currently the capacity of this unit is around 50 doors and 10 modular kitchens per day. Witch the company want to increase up to 200 doors and 150 door frames per day. Unique arts will invest around two Crores in addition to it's an acquisition cost of Rs.One crore for enhancing the capacity. The various types of doors and kitchen shutters that it will manufacture including fire protected eco friendly and light weight wooden doors. The size of the doors segment is around 1000 Crore and looking at the growth in the retail and real estate segments. There is huge potential in this business, says Mr.Kishor Kumar, Director of the company. By entering into the new segment Unique decore is targeting 100% growth in its sale and eyeing a sale of 10 Crores from both the segments. Unique decore is also plans to increase its Franchises across the country. Modular Kitchens are now becoming popular in small cities. Unique decore manufactures modular kitchens in the prize range of Rs.35, 000/- to Rs.7 lakhs. Beside these products company also introduced Unique Aiko Fire & Burglary Resistant Safes in collaboration with Japanese Technology aiming a turnover of Rs.2Crores in a year and more innovative products on the pipeline.Unique decore also specializes in bringing outstanding design to all areas of interior and exhibition design.
