Leveraging on most critical designing standards, our systems perform at constant airflow rate, making them applicable for single-zone or multi zone applications.

Following are the salient features:

• Providing even distribution of air through separate hot & cold ducts

• Designed to provide ventilation & cooling to conditioned space

• The air distribution systems can also be provided with multi zone unit that help in efficiently supplying air to several zones from centrally located air-handling unit

• Option of providing the heating component in the terminal unit or providing a completely separate system for heating as per customers specifications

Built-up Systems

These have cooling & heating coils , to provide hot/cold water directly from central chiller plant.

• The features of the Built up systems are as follows::

• For air-handling systems that are equipped with economizer

• Relief-air path is provided for allowing extra outdoor air to be introduced by economizer to exit the building thus preventing problems regarding control of building pressure

• Provided with return-air fan that moves air from conditioned space back to air handler

• Sensors : Check that they are clean & calibrated

• Inspect visible grease for metal shavings that indicates a possible bearing failure

• Fan casing: Check for cleanliness & proper tightness at all anchorage points

• Electrical connections : See that there are no loose terminal connections
