Incepted in the year 1985, by the founder Mr.Shaikhali A Barodawala. we Unique Closures, engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying a wide range of packaging caps, packaging closures, container & clamps such as aluminium canisters, long caps, tin caps, tin closures, etc, for personal care products cosmetics, pharmaceutical and various other industries. The gamut offered by us is of superior quality and is par at international standards. Owing to the quality of products such as screw caps, pilfer proof caps, aluminium canisters, long caps, etc, we are repetitively demanded by different countries like Africa, UAE, Australia and many others. Efficiently managed by our mentor, Mr. Sajeed Barodawala, we are tremendously progressing and maintaining pace with the latest trend of the marketplace. With the vast industrial experience of our mentor we are able to carve a niche for ourselves in this domain.
Empowered by the state-of-the-art infrastructure, dexterous team and Research & Development department, we are able to provide customized solutions to our clients in accordance to their specifications. Further, we procure our raw material for tin from reliable and trustworthy vendors based in U.K, USA and Brazil. In addition, we are projecting a remarkable growth rate of about 35% per annum. Also, we have adopted two broad strategies to attain the desired growth rate. First of all we lay utmost attention to the penetration and expansion of market by providing an increased number of products. Secondly, we are assuring consistent capacity expansion which is required to accomplish the projected growth in output.

For aluminium products we procure our raw material from M/s Hindalco Industries Ltd. and for products made of tin, we completely rely on U.K, USA, Brazil and sometimes procured indigenously strict adherence is given to TQM. The gamut offered by us comprises of Aluminium Containers, Aluminium Canisters, Long Caps, Screw Caps, Tin Containers, P P Caps, Long Caps, Tin Lets, Clamps, Tin Components and Polish Containers.

Modern Manufacturing Facility
To supplement our fast production process, we possess an ultra modern manufactuirng facility which comprises of state-of-the-art machinery with advanced technology. With such well equipped unit, we are capable to meet the mounting demands of our customers within given time frame. Our manufacturing plant covers a vast area of land with suitable installed capacity, that can be increased depending on the amount of orders received.
Note : • Aluminium Cream Tins & Leads = 1200000 Nos. • Aluminium Caps =5000000 Nos. • Tin lets = 7000000 Nos. • Tin Caps =10 Million Caps Some of the efficient machines installed at our unit are following: • 10 Power Presses (for punching) • 6 Knurling machines (for threading, curling, beading, knurling) • 1 Wadding machine (for the caps to be fitted with E.P.E liners and cork wads) • Tool Room Consisting of Lathe machine ,Grinding Machine & Drilling Machine. In addition, all our machines are maintained and are up graded from time to time to keep pace with the international trend of the marketplace. We also possess calibrated instuments which assist us in developing flawless range that includes aluminium canisters, long caps, screw caps, pilfer proof caps, etc. Further, we have an in-house design unit, which is supported by CAD & CAM facility.
