These pump consists of two Mechanisms, namely Drive End and liquid end. These are reciprocating Pumps and the drive mechanism is a modified Crank mechanism by a worm gear reduction rotating about its axis in vertical plane. These Pumps are manufactured & Tested as per API 675. These Pumps are Driven by Single / 3 Phase Electrical Motors. The Discharge of the Pump can be regulated as per your requirement with the Help of a Knob provided on Top of the Pump. The Pump Discharge is controlled by adjusting the Stroke Length. Stroke length can be varied from 0 to 100% by rotating the Control knob as per the graduation on the scale. The accuracy of our Pumps are ±1%, Linearity and Repeatability are ±3%. The Power consumed is so less than other centrifugal Pumps.These Pumps are easily maintainable.

| High Pressure Triplex Pumps Our High pressure triplex pumps are positive displacement reciprocating pumps that are configured with three plungers. The diaphragm is mechanically actuated diaphragm to combine the characteristics of a plunger pump with the sealing advantages of a diaphragm pump for enhanced efficiency.

| Plunger Type Dosing Pump Plunger type dosing pumps are positive displacement pumps that displace a particular amount of fluid on each cycle stroke of operation. The pumping action is produced by the reciprocating motion of a plunger, fitted with a ball check valve on each side of the pump body. We provide this product on customers’ specification. It can be delivered in simplex, duplex or multiple heads for handling different chemicals with a common motor to facilitate the whole operation. Each head are independently connected and the capacities of each head are also independently adjustable. They can be single acting or double acting. Our plunger type dosing pumps are made up of quality materials like monel, alloy20, hastalloy B, Polypropelene, hastalloy C, titanium, GFT. Some of its specifications are:
- It can achieve high flow rates of 10,000lts/hr & high pressures of 400Kg/sq.cm.
- Steady state metering accuracy of +/-1% of pump output, at single setting of stroke from 10% to 100%. (turn down ration 10:1)
- Repeatability better than +/-2.5% of set point.
- Easily handles corrosive, abrasive or viscous fluids.
- Heating of cooling jackets for liquid head also available.
- Low NPSHR requirement.
- Linear relationship between control stroke settings and stroke length, due to positive return of plunger and variable stroke mechanism.
