Flameproof Electronic Sensors Thermocouple for plastic industry This thermocouple is made for fiber glass insulated wire in a stainless steel tube. The element is normally brazed to the tube at the tip. Bayonet adaptor is used for mounting purpose. Standered Thermocouple Assembly The element of this thermocouple are manufactured with individual conductors welded together at the tip. The protection tube can be of stainless steel, ceramic or cast iron, termination is usually with a head and terminal block. Thermowell Assembly Thermowell are similar to protection tubes. It can also be made from solid bar stock. Thermowells can be made from SS304, 316, 310, inconel 600/800. Process connections are available in 1/2", 3/4", 1" threading NPT/BSP. Thermocouple Assembly With Flameproof head This type of thermocouple with flame proof heads are normally used in hazardous areas. This flameproof heads are CMRI Certified. Thermocouples For molten metals This thermocouples are angular in shape and are used for continious dipping in molten metals.
