We are engaged in offering an array of steel thermowells that are designed by using stainless steel 316 / 316L, 304 / 304L, monel and haste alloy C as per the clients requirements. They are widely used for threaded or flanged ends machined in straight, tapered or stepped design with good concentricity. Hydro pneumatic test, radiography and ultrasonic test performed on these steel thermowells.

Steel thermocouple for plastic industry

This thermocouple is made from fibre glass insulated wire in a stainless steel tube. The element is normally brazed to the tube at the tip. Bayonet adaptor is used for mounting purpose.

Standard thermocouples assembly

The element of this thermocouple are manufactured with individual conductors welded together at the tip. The protection tube can be of stainless steel, ceramic or cast iron. Termination is usually with a head and terminal block.

Thermowell assembly

Thermowells are similar to protection tubes. It can also be made from solid bar stock. Thermowells can be made from SS304, 316, 310, inconel 600/800. Process connections are available in 1/2”, 3/4”, 1” threading NPT/BSP.

Thermocouples assembly with Flameproof head

Steel thermocouple with flameproof heads are normally used in hazardous areas. This flameproof heads are CMRI certified.

Thermocouples for molten metals

This thermocouples are angular in shape and are used for continuous dipping in molten metals.

Thermowells are available in bar stock. Standard thermowell material. Includes stainless steel SS304, 316, and are available in special grades of Stainless Steel. Hastalloy, titanium, inconel, monel. The choice is usually determined by the corrosive conditions where it is to be used.
